Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Brandzwire offers a “No Questions Asked” refund policy if you are dissatisfied with their service (excluding ad costs).

Refunds are processed within 24 hours and are primarily issued to the original payment method, with alternatives like Direct Bank Transfer when needed.

Requesting a Refund:

      • You can request a refund by contacting support or by emailing info@brandzwire.com with the subject line “Requesting for a Refund.”

Upon submitting a refund request, any campaigns managed by Brandzwire are paused immediately.

Cancellation Policy:

        • Brandzwire provides a “Cancel Anytime” policy with a 30-day advance notice, allowing clients to end a contract early if needed.

When you request cancellation, all campaigns will continue through the month and then be paused.

Important Note:

      • Refunds apply only to agency services, not courses or bundles.
      • In rare situations, the purchase amount may be adjusted to another course if necessary.

This policy prioritizes flexibility and client satisfaction, allowing clients to cancel or request refunds easily if they are unsatisfied or face unexpected situations.
